1. Subscription Purchases

Goalii offers subscription-based access to premium features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible for Refund

  • Within 7 Days: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service
  • Technical Issues: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using the Service and our support team cannot resolve them
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period
  • Unauthorized Purchases: If a purchase was made without your authorization

2.2 Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase
  • Subscription renewals (you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges)
  • Dissatisfaction with analysis accuracy (analyses are probabilistic and not guaranteed)
  • Failure to cancel before the renewal date
  • Violation of our Terms of Service

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account email address
  3. Provide the date of purchase
  4. Explain the reason for your refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings or by contacting support.

When you cancel:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your account will revert to the free plan after the subscription expires

6. App Store Purchases

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple. We cannot process refunds for App Store purchases. Please visit Apple Support for assistance.
