Common questions
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Goalii on the new device and go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android) you used to subscribe — your Pro access will be restored automatically.
How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Goalii → Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Goalii → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Why don't I see predictions for a specific match?
Goalii only publishes a prediction when the AI model has sufficient data and confidence. If a fixture is missing, the model either did not meet its confidence threshold or the match is in a league not yet covered. The covered leagues list updates regularly.
The app crashed or behaves unexpectedly.
Force-quit the app and reopen. If the issue persists, please email us with your device, OS version, app version, and steps to reproduce. iOS crash logs from Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, or Android logs from Play Store → My apps → Goalii → Report a problem, are very helpful.
How do I request a refund?
Payments are processed by the store you subscribed through, so refunds must be requested there. iOS: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: Google Play refund request. See our Refund Policy below for details.
